Welcome to Swasth Bharat (the "App") operated by Swasth Bharat ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The App, including its content, features, and functionality (excluding user-provided content), are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted by these Terms.
The App integrates with and relies on third-party services, including Firebase Authentication and a hosted API at https://sb-express-app.vercel.app. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms, which are separate from these Terms.
If paid features are introduced, additional terms may apply. You agree to pay any charges incurred by you or on your account for services provided through the App at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred. Taxes and fees may apply.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swasth Bharat and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for any violation of these Terms or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved by the courts having appropriate jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
We may modify or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the latest update date above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
